Our Key Performance Indicators
Performance can be measured in many ways. At CSA Group, what we do is about life, and the
most meaningful indicators of our progress are those that show the direct, real-world impact
of our work.
How do we know we are fulfilling our commitment to help improve the quality of people’s lives
and reduce personal injuries? That's what this section is all about.
On the following pages, you will see several critical areas that command our attention and drive
our work. These Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tell the story of our successes in making
standards work for people and business. This year, we have included some new KPIs to illustrate
our role in helping to reduce deaths by residential fire, to improve occupational health and safety,
and to lower the incidence of gas furnace fires.
Our employees and members are passionate about their ability to make a difference in people’s
lives. They are the true measure of success and a great part of these KPIs!
